Create a romantic Valentine Charcuterie Board with heart-shaped cheeses and vibrant fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 soft cheeses for heart shapes (Havarti, Wensleydale, Camembert, or similar)
  • 1 round Brie
  • 2 red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, grapes, or pomegranate)
  • Raspberry, strawberry, or cherry preserves
  • 2 savory alternatives: smoked turkey slices and beef slices (thinly sliced)
  • 1 type of cracker
  • Valentine candy and chocolates for filling gaps
  • Small heart-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions

  1. Cut two soft cheeses into heart shapes using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  2. Slice the top rind off the Brie and cut it into eight pieces.
  3. Place the Brie pieces in the upper right corner of the board.
  4. Create a path using red fruits starting from the opposite corner leading toward the Brie.
  5. Add crackers to the board to start filling space.
  6. Roll the turkey and beef slices into small rolls and place them around the heart-shaped cheeses.
  7. Fill remaining gaps with extra fruit, Valentine candies, and chocolates.
  8. Top the Brie with fruit preserves and serve immediately.
