- 6 oz strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¼ cup sugar (for pretzel layer)
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar (for cream cheese layer)
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Stir well and let cool to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in ¼ cup sugar.
- Add crushed pretzels and mix well.
- Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan using a fork.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with ½ cup sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Mix sliced strawberries into the cooled Jello mixture.
- Pour over the cream cheese layer evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- This dessert is best served chilled.
- You can substitute other fruits if desired.
