  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. Add cilantro, jalapeños, cheese, milk, and egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
