Description

A delicious and creamy twist on classic deviled eggs, perfect for any party or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chopped green onions, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
