Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey to a blender, food processor, or jar.
- Add garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend or shake vigorously until fully smooth and emulsified.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey if using Method 2.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until the dressing emulsifies and becomes smooth.
- Whisk in garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving if possible.
- Shake or whisk again before using.
- Serve over your favorite salad and enjoy!
