Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey to a blender, food processor, or jar.
  2. Add garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend or shake vigorously until fully smooth and emulsified.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey if using Method 2.
  5. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until the dressing emulsifies and becomes smooth.
  6. Whisk in garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving if possible.
  8. Shake or whisk again before using.
  9. Serve over your favorite salad and enjoy!

  • Fresh ingredients matter: Fresh garlic and lemon juice give the best flavor.
