Description
A simple casserole dish combining chicken and rice with creamy soups.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups Minute Rice (brown or white)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water (use one of the empty soup cans)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter a 9 × 13-inch baking dish using the tablespoon of butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and Minute Rice until well combined.
- Pour the rice mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 to 1½ hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the rice is tender.
- Remove from the oven, uncover, and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
