  1. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with our Designated Agent.
Your Counter-Notification must include:

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid Counter-Notification is received, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action.

  1. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA, Nixase LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
We may also remove any content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights at our discretion.
