  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a blender or food processor. Blend for about 1 minute until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin rectangle using a spatula.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the tray to firm up.
  6. Carefully peel off the parchment paper.
  7. Cut into 2 wraps and fill as desired.
