A simple and healthy recipe for cottage cheese wraps.

- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a blender or food processor. Blend for about 1 minute until completely smooth.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin rectangle using a spatula.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the tray to firm up.
- Carefully peel off the parchment paper.
- Cut into 2 wraps and fill as desired.
Notes
- Cooling completely is essential for easy removal and flexible wraps.
- Wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
