Description
Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 oz milk (use the soup can to measure)
- 2 packages crescent rolls (8-count each)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with ½ cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on top and stir until fully coated.
- Unroll each crescent roll. Scoop about ⅓ cup of the chicken mixture and place it near the wide end of the crescent. Roll it up slowly, enclosing the chicken and cheese. Repeat for all crescent rolls.
- Place the stuffed crescent rolls in a 9 × 13-inch baking pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Heat over medium-low until melted and warm, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the warm cheese-soup mixture evenly over the crescent rolls, making sure they are fully coated.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30–40 minutes, until the crescents are lightly browned and the sauce is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
- Customize the filling with your favorite spices.
