- 2 cups fresh blueberries, tossed in 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully combined.
- Slowly mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in the flour-coated blueberries.
- Divide the thick batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from pans.
- Slice and serve.

- Blueberry Coating: Tossing blueberries in flour prevents them from sinking to the bottom.
