A hearty breakfast casserole featuring biscuits, sausage, and gravy.
Ingredients

- 1 package biscuits (8-count, such as Pillsbury)
- 6 eggs
- 1 package peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)
- 1 lb beef sausage (any flavor)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef sausage until fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Cut the biscuits into small pieces (about 4 pieces per biscuit).
- Spread the biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Layer the cooked beef sausage over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
- Prepare the gravy according to the package instructions and pour it evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the eggs are set.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute sausage for other proteins if desired.
