BEST EVER Chicken and Rice Casserole is a comforting dish that combines tender chicken with creamy rice.
Ingredients

- 2–3 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, water, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Lightly spray a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the chicken and rice mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the casserole is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
